Betsson Group has made another important stride in the Mexican igaming market. The company has now teamed up with Big Bola Casinos, an established online igaming operator in the country. The pair has agreed to launch Betsson’s flagship brand, which will deliver a range of products to the Mexican market. Products include a live casino and sportsbook offering, along with numerous betting markets, emulating the type of betting experience that is popular in the United States with moneyline, parlay and teaser bets.

Betsson’s expansive growth in Latin America and North America has allowed it to access new audiences. The company’s partnership with Big Bola Casinos reflects a bigger ambition to keep its momentum and provide local consumers with a viable sports betting and live casino product.
Commenting on these developments, Betsson CEO of operations Jesper Svensson said:
“This is yet another expansion into the LatAm region which we see so much potential in. As we have done in Brazil, Colombia, and the Province of Buenos Aires in Argentina, we are teaming up with a local partner that lives and breathes the local culture.”
Svensson explained that the company was pleased to embark on this collaboration with Big Bola as it believes that this is the operator best-suited to help grow Betsson Group’s footprint in the region and win the public’s trust. According to Svensson:
“Our vision is to provide the best customer experience in the industry and I’m confident that we will manage to replicate this success in Mexico too.”
Responding to this, Big Bola director of operations, Emilio Quiros, noted that the company is happy to be teaming up with Betsson Group and that the company has picked Big Bola as its partner for setting up operations in Mexico. In his words:
“We believe that our market expertise and their knowledge and experience about online gaming will result in an outstanding product for Mexico.”
Both Betsson and Big Bola will seek to work on joint community-focused initiatives through a range of existing frameworks. Betsson has also supported a number of initiatives that relate directly to COVID-19 in several countries, including Estonia, Hungary, Georgia, Sweden and Malta.
Big Bola runs a foundation known as Fundación Big Bola, which allocates money to values such as altruism, commitment, honesty and generosity, and which supports children and youths in the country, according to an official press release.
